Born and raised in beautiful Victoria BC, Govind has extensive knowledge in all aspects of real estate. His previous experience as a Mortgage Broker, Designer, Investor and Project Manager makes him one of the most versatile realtors out there. Govind has been in the real estate industry for over 12 years and has done everything from being a Mortgage Broker to building and designing executive custom homes. He has hands on experience in electrical work, framing, flooring, and everything in between. This led him to becoming a Project Manager that understands the full scope of what’s involved in each step of the building process. Govind’s expertise in municipal building codes led him to designing the most unique house in Saanich. He was the first person in the history of Saanich to design and build a 2-story accessory building/studio with a courtyard.
